Good food: Waffle peanut butter and jelly sandwiches

April 30, 2013

Yesterday, I posted about my transformation into a suburban soccer mom. Today, I’m posting about peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I must point out, however, that PB&J is delicious for everyone — including child-less city dwellers. And this is a particularly delicious version.

It’s simple:

  • Make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
  • Heat up your waffle iron (or panini press).
  • Heat up the PB&J until it’s nice and gooey.
  • Enjoy.

I got this ingenious idea from Weelicious, a great resource for healthy, kid-friendly meals. Here’s a link to the original post.
